Client Challenge

• Actionable Intelligence’s legacy site was extremely slow and had numerous plugin conflicts
• The membership plugin and admin area were both very difficult to use, making it very difficult to manage their members and subscriptions
• The old website was responsive but not very mobile friendly
• There were consistent issues with memberships not talking with Authorize.net so money was not being transacted properly

The Solution

• Complete redesign of the website from the ground up
• Use modern responsive WordPress theme
• Replace old, outdated and broken membership plugin with new, top-of-the-line membership plugin with better interface
• Clean up the member registration and renewal reminder process
• Kill old plugins or those who were causing site lag and slow load time and replace them with lightweight plugins
• Fix all issues with the membership plugin talking to Authorize.net

 Impact

• Actionable Intelligence now has a much faster website with fresh, clean look
• Registration and member renewal process are much more improved and much easier for admins to manage
• Client is extremely happy with the membership plugin interface and management as well as having the plugin consistently talk to Authorize.net without issue
• The overall organization of the posts and rules for viewership are concise and easy to manage
• Potential members are now given many more membership options (monthly, quarterly, annual, recurring and non-recurring)
